You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Express delivery is available on selected items only, and is valid for UK delivery addresses only.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit AN3, Accrington, BB5 5JW.

Production

Production of your custom product, unless otherwise stated on the product page, takes 1-3 working days. 

Standard Delivery

Delivery is tracked via 1-2 working day delivery. The delivery times proposed on the product pages are inclusive of production time, so overall from ordering the product it can be from 2 working days to 5 working days for delivery.

Express Delivery

Starting @ £9.95 (weight based)

Provided you order before the same day delivery cut off point (usually 11am), delivery would be via tracked 24 hour delivery unless stated on the product page.
