Exchange & Refunds
If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should receive your refund within 30 days. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and may not be covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible or accept responsibility for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
In order for refunds to be actioned, all products must be returned to the address at the bottom of the page (postage is not covered by Personalise Wristbands and is the responsibility of the customer).
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Personalise Wristbands does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. Whilst we aim to produce the artwork exactly like your order shows, it may differ from order to order and we will engrave the artwork exactly as it comes through to us.
Unless notified before production of any changes, all orders are final upon making payment and there are no refunds given should you then want to cancel your order.
Artwork
The pictures represent an idea of what the wristbands will look like but does not guarantee that they will look exactly like they do on the preview. For larger quantities of wristbands on printed, embossed, ink-filled and woven we will always provide artwork to the email used on the order, to confirm before production.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation
• After placing your order there is strictly no cancellations allowed unless agreed by our company. This is due to orders being uniquely customised and cannot therefore be resold.
Unless notified before production of any changes, all orders are final upon making payment and there are no refunds given should you then want to cancel your order.
